The number of female skaters has grown in recent years and no one is taking on the industry more than 18-year-old Josie Millard. After stealing her first skateboard from her brother as a kid, this year she went on to win Bright’s European Female Skater of the Year award. We caught up with her to discuss her involvement in the scene and discover how she’s inspiring a new generation of girls to get on board.
