Charli XCX to Drop a New Album Sent From ‘The Depths of Hell’

New, new, new!

Good news angels! Yesterday, Charli XCX dropped her new song, ‘New Shapes’, along with a special announcement.

Charli XCX is set to drop her 5th studio album, ‘Crash’, due to release on the 18th of March 2022.

The album is the much-anticipated follow up to ‘how i’m feeling now’, her previous release reportedly written and recorded in just three weeks over lockdown.

So what can we expect from ‘Crash’? In Charli’s words, ‘all the tracks are totally divine’ but also ‘sent from the depths of hell’. Collaborators include Deaton Chris Anthony, Caroline Polachek and Christine and the Queens, to name just a few.

If this wasn’t enough for one day, Charli’s team has also announced a European and North American tour, available for pre-sale from the 10th of November. She warned: ‘If you don’t stream ‘New Shapes’ or purchase tickets to the tour, you will most definitely burn in hell.’
