Try to be as grounded as possible. Try to nurture yourself, and try to constantly be in a state of acceptance of the situation. We cannot control the situation, as much as we may want to, we can’t. The same way we can’t control another person’s actions. A person will do what they want to do, and we have to allow these people to live with the choices that they make.
